In Take Out with Lisa Ling, award-winning journalist Lisa Ling travels from the bayous of Louisiana to Orange County’s Little Saigon. She explores some of the most beloved foods while shining a long overdue spotlight on the contributions Asian Americans have been making to this country, since before the United States was even the United States. Episode 1 (Mix Mix) explores the Filipino history and community of South Louisiana.
